I adore Halloween, all the dressing up, the trick, or, treating & the excuse to shout Boo loudly all day :) A time to decorate your houses, cars, children to the nth degree and celebrate the good old fashioned pumpkin. You can put faces on these if you fancy, or, leave as is. I could well be wearing mine come the 31st October. This is knit flat and stuffed with toy filling & card, or, plastic canvas. You will also need pipe cleaners, or, other wire to make the curly vines.
Materials depend on how long you want your Pumpkin vine to be.
Each pumpkin takes approx 15g of yarn (orange), so, you could make a 5 pumpkin vine easily out of 100g.
100g of green for leaves & cord
3.25mm needles
card, or, plastic canvas
toy stuffing
pipe cleaners, stub wires, or a wire coathanger & pliers
tapestry needle
