Halona Scarf
Like a giant bandana, the Halona Scarf is this season’s sweetheart. You’ll want to wear it all day long, on the place, over a dress at night, on your scooter, thrown over your men’s jacket. A simple diamond motif design, with fringes and braids for that Indian touch.
The Halona is definitely worth the challenge and the hours… to then proudly claim you intermediate level! The perfect gift for your best friend, your mother or even your boyfriend.
This intermediate pattern uses stocking stitch and intarsia. To knit the Halona Scarf you will need 7 balls of WATG’s 100% Pima Cotton (4 balls of yarn in the main colour, 2 balls of yarn for the edge colour and the outline of the diamond, 1 ball of yarn for the diamond) You will also need a pair of 8mm (11 US) needles.
