The Halter Dress is sized for an 18” doll like an American Girl, Springfield, Journey Girl or Madame Alexander

This dress is worked in the round from the bottom up. It starts and completes with a frilly picot edging at the hem & neck. The halter is tied with an i-cord strap through eyelets created at the neck edge.
There are variation suggestions for no picot edging or heart motif and a gathered skirt.
