Hana ~ A Pocket Tunic Dress for the coming of Springtime as the last snow melts and she waits in anticipation for the sweet cherry blossoms to unveil their magic, a sure sign of Springs arrival
Designed to fit:
Slim all vinyl dolls like Happy Kidz Götz & Hannah girls, with a simple change of needles this design would be adaptable to fit the American Girl dolls & alike
Construction:
Worked flat in one piece from bottom up to armholes, including hemline pockets (folded and seamed at completion), then each section is worked individually on through to neckline and buttoned shoulder straps
Pattern Features:
Featuring Double Twisted Cables worked at front, set on a background of Stockinette Stitched panels with Hemline Pockets
Pocket panel hemline which when folded at ridge row becomes pocket fronts, the purl stitches established on row 1 of panels mark the vertical seam lines for sewing pockets at completion
Knitting Needles: Pair of 3.50mm (US 4) throughout
Materials: 120 yards (46 grams) Light Worsted #3 weight or Sport equivalent
Notions: 2 Stitch Markers, Cable Needle, 4 Buttons size (9mm), Darning Needle
