Materials :

Bernat Handicrafters Cotton in colour of choice (see sizes below for yardage)
4mm crochet hook
Darning needle
Beacon Stiffen Stuff – Fabric spray – unless you want a floppy brim or only doing baby sizes
A roll of 6” wide tulle in colour of choice

Sizes provided by this pattern…

0-3 months (approx 80 yards), 0-6 months (approx 90 yards), 6-12 months (approx 100 yards), toddler (approx 120 yards), child (approx 140 yards), small adult (approx 160 yards)

Gauge :

Ch.8 Dc in second ch from hook, and across. (7sts)
Rows 1&3 – Ch2, Dc in same stitch and across. (7sts)
