Handkerchief Style Easy Peazy Shawl
This a modification of Megan Delorme’s Easy Peazy Scarf/Shawlette (pattern page: http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/easy-peazy-scarf-..., Essentially each row of the original pattern is worked twice to get a square that drapes like a handkerchief hem. The pattern was envisioned by Margaret K. L. Thompson (Ravelry name: mklthompson) and written up by Lynne Hannmann (Ravelry name: Cindydog) and Margaret. For more information about the evolution this pattern, visit Margaret’s project page: http://www.ravelry.com/projects/mklthompson/easy-peazy-sc... .
It’s helpful, when making this project, to be familiar with the Delorme’s original pattern.
Gauge is not important, as long as you like how the project looks. Feel free to experiment with yarn and needle sizes to get the look you want.
