Two singles yarns are held together to make these mittens. They are knit flat and seamed.

Angora singles spun 100 yards to the ounce are used in these mittens. One and one-half ounces of angora should be plenty of fiber to make the mittens.

The fleece or roving for the wool singles yarn should be very soft so as to enhance the natural softness of the angora. You will need to spin about one ounce of clean washed wool to a length of 150 to 180 yards.
