Handspun Cowl
This cowl was designed to use up every inch of a bulky, handspun yarn. It’s written to use up a very small amount of handspun yarn - I used 22 yards for the small version, and approximately 40 yards were used for the large version.
Small version is approximately 3” high; large version is approximately 5” high. Large version was added in March, 2014.
It is knitted flat & uses a very easy 2 row stitch pattern, and then whipstitched together.
It should take you about an hour to make, so it’s perfect for both stash busting & gift giving!
Thank you to slippergirl, honeystalks, & olive2 for test knitting, pamelascrafts for proofreading, & the Testing Pool group on Ravelry.
