Handspun Mock Cable Headband
(loom knitted version)

Simple to loom knit headband which gives a cable braid effect along its length, uses hardly any yarn so suitable for those little 10 - 15g left over balls of precious handspun you have in your yarn stash that you cant stand to part with or throw away.
Lots of possibilities to individualise this one, add a pretty brooch, knit a bow, rose bud, flower or anything else you can think of, beads or sequins etc. sewn along the front, you are only limited by your imagination.
Loom knitted as a flat panel using any loom with seven pegs Knit any size from newborn baby right up to adult ladies, pattern is fully adjustable. Please note, the smaller gauge loom - the thinner the headband, larger gauge looms like the knifty knitter - wider headband.
I hope you like this quick simple project, it was lots of fun to create one night when I was up late and the most important thing is, my daughters love them.
