Handy is worked round with circular needles: 40cm/16”, 5mm/US8 or the size to fit the gauge (16 sts in 10cm in garter st.).
The pattern is garter plus 7 little cables.
Final circumference is approx. 60cm/24”.

I used hand dyed yarn.
