These mittens were designed specifically for my daughter, a professional distance runner, based in Michigan. Perfect for the cold weather running, these Selbuvotter-style mittens are stylish and warm.

The pattern uses Blackberry Ridge fingering weight wool, but could also be knit using Jamieson Spindrift for a ladies size medium mitten. The pattern uses approximately 130 m of MC and 100 m of CC yarn.

To make larger, feel free to substitute dk weight yarn on size 2 or 2.5 (US) needles.
