Kits for HAPA are available exclusively by Infinite Twist. The smallest Hapa was intentionally created with Quinghai Handspun. Qinghai Handspun is made by the women of the Qinghai Spinner’s Cooperative. The Cooperative was founded by social-venture Shokay in 2010, and provides much-need income and jobs for rural Tibetan women in China’s Qinghai Province. The smallest size Hapa allows knitters a great opportunity regardless of their skill level to make a beautiful hand knit out of handspun yarn to cherish!
Pattern includes a video tutorial for all key components to knitting the shawl. This makes it easy for even new knitters to try something different while keeping it simple with lots of garter.
