From the Editor
Franklin D. Roosevelt said, “Happiness lies in the joy of achievement and the thrill of creative effort.” And as crocheters, we can all agree with that statement. Crocheting a project, no matter how big or small, fills us with joy and happiness. Being able to say, “I made that!” is a fantastic feeling!

Here at Happily Hooked, sharing our love of crochet is our favorite achievement. We strive daily to create the happiest place on Earth for crocheters, and we are beyond excited about this project.

Our Happiness Squared Blanket is a labor of love. Each square has been designed by a member of the Happily Hooked team (past and present) and is beautifully unique. Feel free to use one color - or as many as you’d like. Make all 20 squares - or only make a few. And if you don’t want to make a blanket, use each square as a dishcloth or hot pad. Make two panels of four joined squares and make a tote bag. Sew a bunch of squares together in a long row to create a one-of-a-kind scarf or table runner.

The possibilities are endless! Make this project your own and crochet yourself happy!
