Happy Baby Cabled Blanket
What do knitters do when their dear ones are expecting? Why, they knit baby things, of course!
I am no different. When I heard the happy news, I got to work designing and knitting a blanket that would convey how special this little one is to us.
Offered in four sizes, from car seat to crib/throw, this classic cabled blanket is knit entirely in the round and finished with an I-cord bind off suitable for an heirloom knit. The yarn is worked at a looser than usual gauge to allow for just the right amount of drape in the finished piece and the superwash wool makes for easy care for Mom.
