Happy Bear will be about 20 cm when sitting by 20 cm wide, if you use the yarn and hook as per the pattern. You can make it larger or smaller by adjusting the hook and yarn weight.

·Skill Level: Intermediate (confident intermediate for the chenille version)
This pattern includes instructions supported by many photos.
You will need to know how to do:

• Stitches: chain, slip stitch, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet;
• Increase & decrease
• Crochet in rounds

I have used Affection yarn from Three Bears Yarn in following colours, but you can use any yarn and suitable size hook – the size of the finished item will change accordingly. Chenille Affection looks great, too (you need the same amount of yarn for chenille version)!

Main Colour: Mellow Yellow: 2 balls
Contrast Colour: Pure White: ½ ball

Crochet hook: 3.5 mm (G) for all parts and 3mm for the muzzle; Use slightly smaller hooks if your crochet tends to be on the loose side
