This is a lovely skirt that double stranded with sock weight yarn and lace weight kid mohair. The waistband is worked first assuming a 2-4” negative ease for a perfect fit.
Flip the waistband longwise and pick up and knit the skirt top down. Once you have almost reached your hem length desired, we drop the sock yarn and make a very feminine edge of just kid mohair.
You will want to make it over and over again.
