Happy Memories Shawl
Knitting this shawl brought back some happy memories from my childhood, it features abstract wheat ears and a wide border of garter stitch representing a waving wheat field. My friend and I used to jump the rows of straw and play in the surrounding fields while the adults where hard at work pressing and collecting straw bales. While those memories will always be attached to this design and yarn for me, my testers have proven that using different colours and types of yarn (thought still appropriate for this design) work perfectly as well. Feel free to use your imagination and make the shawl that fits you best.
Warmly,
Leen
