This is an overlay mosaic crochet pattern, adaptable for various sizes (afghan, baby blanket, etc), pillows, pot holders, runners, and so forth. Pattern includes both written and graph instructions, as well as a repeating design and a solo design for individual owlets.

I used 3/DK weight and 4mm hook for my 5-across sample (Mandala “Gnome”), though 4/Worsted weight and 4.5-5mm hook would work well too. I have no gauge or yardage listed--sorry! I may update once a full size blanket has been made but at this time I’ve only got smaller samples made.
