I think it’s great to try some different patterns and made these with people.
The pattern on the mitten will symbolize all of us. We have different colors, looks a little different, a mesh that is different, but we’re all on the same glove.
I have used Rauma finull (175m / 50g, Double pointed needle 2.5m This works with residual yarns or If you want to knit in two colors, I am a little unsure if one ball is enough in the main color. Two balls absolute and 1 contrasting color.
If you knit loosely so take smaller needles and tightly bigger needle, or thinner / thicker yarn.

Get in touch if something seems complicated and unclear, I try with the translation myself when my daughter is not at home ;)
