This toque is knit in the round from the brim to the crown. This toque combines striping with some very basic colour work to create an appealing pattern that is accessible to new knitters. With this pattern, knitters have the freedom to use to or more colours to create their own unique Happy Scrappy Hearts Toque!

Sizes: this pattern includes two sizes S/M (L/XL) that are the same in length (35 cm or 13.5 in) and differ in width 21 cm (23 cm) or 8.25 in (9 in). Both measurements taken with toque laying flat. This allows for a longer toque with a slouchy fit. Reducing the number of stripes would make for a shorter, fitted style.

Yarn: worsted weight in at least two colours. While the pattern is written for 13 colours, it can be easily modified. The recipe for the pattern is included.
