It’s a EASY and FUN and I’m sure kids will love it.

I used 2 small skeins of green and white yarn (50 grams each), but I didn’t mention a lot of details on yarn type, but, what I can suggest is using yarn that has a label that advises the use of a 5 mm hook. I know, It’s not the same as the hook I used, but I use 5.5 mm hooks because I have a bit of a tight gauge.
Also I recommend that the last 2 rows of the hat are made with a hook a size smaller than 5.5 to make room for stretching with use.

Also for the nose, you will only need a few meters (or yards) of orange, enough to make it and to sew it to the hat.

The final size when I made this were: 23 cm wide and 20 cm high
