KNITTING RECIPES FROM THE CORNISH COAST
HARBOUR WALLS SWEATER

As the sun sets on a tranquil evening on the Cornish coastline, its fading light touches the horizon casting a gentle glow.
Sunbeams stream through the entrance of the harbour walls, illuminating the bobbing boats cradled within. Sea birds perch serenely on sail riggings, their eyes growing heavy, content after long day fishing. Along the harbour wall, people lean, their thoughts occasionally drifting over the day’s events, yet mostly lulled by subtle sounds around them.
As they feel the warmth of the day slipping away they tug down their sleeves in readiness for the cooling night air.
The embrace of wool against skin brings them comfort and warmth; a gentle shield which echoes the boats secure and snug within the protective “Harbour Walls.” Our Harbour Walls sweater pays homage to its maritime lineage, a garment born from the sea’s inspiration. With an optional bell-shaped taper and integrated pocket, this sweater reflects a modern silhouette. But the rolled collar gives a nod to the traditional Cornish Gansey design.
