This is easy to change the sizing for - just add ribbing and lace repeats (4 stitch repeat for the ribbing, and 6 st repeat for the lace pattern), or increase an extra few stitches between the ribbing and the beginning of the pattern. You might need to improvise a couple of extra decrease rows, but it should work fairly easily.

I knit this with handspun yarn, so I’m not super positive about the yardage that I actually used, but if you have around 120 yards minimum, you should be fine.
