Lovely, classic baby blanket in Harlequin squares. A great gift or a cosy blanket to yourself.

Available in English, German and Swedish.

If you know the basics cast on, knit, purl and bind off this will be a perfect project for you.

You will need:

• Circular needles (US 6/4 mm)
• Yarn (merino wool, cotton, acrylic or any other DK/worsted/8 ply yarn)
• Tapestry needle

This pattern has written instructions row by row and even a chart included.

There are 4 sizes included in the pattern:

Small: 22 x 28 in / 55 x 70 cm
Medium: 28 x 36 in / 70 x 90 cm
Large:  35 x 43 in / 90 x 110 cm
X-large:  39 x 59 in/ 100 x 150 cm

The blanket is knitted in Drops Merino Extra Fine (1 skein = 50 grams/115 yards). You will need 300 (450) 700 1000 g Drops yarn for the different sizes. If you choose another yarn you may have to adjust the amount of skeins depending on the yardage of your yarn.
