The Harlequin Blanket motif is designed to use it from a 40cm x 40cm scatter cushion to a blanket of the size you want to make it. I used the beautiful MoYa Shimmer yarn and 3.5mm hook.

The color work method I used is a combination of intarsia and tapestry crochet. It has fun to make popcorns in different colours. Not one block is boring to make and I enjoyed to design the fun motif. Personally I think this is an ideal block for a boy’s blanket.

When you purchase the pattern, you receive the complete written pattern in US terminology. In the pattern I include USEFUL LINKS for color change to make life easier for you. I also indicate yarn usage per color for a block if you wish to make a stash buster blanket.
