Harlequin Hellion Hood
Crochet digital pattern Beginner Level: You need to know how to sew on finished pieces. Special stitch used Crocodile stitch.
Materials needed:
● Crochet hook sizes F/5 (3.75mm), H/8 (5mm), K/10.5 (6.5mm)
● Worsted weight (4) yarns- Red Heart SS in Black (291 yds), Caron One Pound in White (28 yds), Sun Yellow (12 yds), I Love This Yarn in Limelight (42 yds)
● Bulky weight (6) yarns- Premier Parfait Chunky in Tangerine (55 yds), Big Twist Cuddle in Black (220 yds)
● Yarn Needle for sewing attachments and hiding threads
● Stuffing (amount for horns and eyes)
● 9mm safety eyes
● Red nail polish for painting safety eyes
● Scissors
● Foam Head
● Straight pins for attaching pieces to foam head
One size : Fits ages 9 and up.
Portions of the pattern use 2 strands together and is stated when to do so with that set of instructions.
You can change out the yarns used with yarns of similar thickness only as these are used for support and changing those will cause a different outcome.
