I made this pattern to not only to create a lovely and very warm scarf but to also be a good beginner scarf for double knitting. There are 3 distinct patterns that can be used individually or in any combination desired. The pattern is set up with directions on how to combine the different patterns for a mixed look. Each pattern is on a separate page with its own picture, chart and written instructions.

Any size yarn and needles can be used to adjust the size of the scarf and to get a fabric that pleases you.
