Harley Hat
This hat is made entirely with the half double crochet (and variations of it). Photos are provided on how to work the half double crochet, half double crochet 2 together, the hdc-puff stitch, as well as how to change colors and what to do with the dropped color.
The “points” are crocheted directly onto the hat, so no sewing or attempting to determine point placement is required.
The pattern is written for sizes Toddler (16” head circumference), Child (18” head circumference), Youth/Adult-Small (20” head circumference), Adult (22” head circumference), and Adult-Large (24” head circumference).
A password is provided with the pattern to give you access to a blog post demonstrating the making of each size hat through step-by-step slideshow presentations.
