Harness Creek
Harness Creek is worked from the bottom up, in the round until the underarms. The front and back are then separated and worked flat, ending with a k2, p2 rib boatneck. The shoulders are joined using a 3 Needle Bind-off. Both written and chart directions are given.

Cable Cast-on, knit, purl, slipped stitch, 3 Needle Bind-off
Selecting A Size: Harness Creek is designed for a roomy, boxy fit with 1 - 3” / 2.5 - 7.5 cm of positive ease. Select a size based on the finished chest measurement and desired ease.
Finished Chest Measurements: 15.75 18.25, 20, 20.75, 21.5, 22.5, 24, 24.75“ / 40 46.5, 50.5, 52.5, 54.5, 57, 61, 63 cm
YARN:
Color A: approximately 65 91, 128, 143, 175, 183, 247, 287 yds / 59 83, 117, 131, 160, 167, 226, 262 m Worsted weight yarn
Color B: approximately 60 85, 120, 134, 164, 188, 231, 268 yds / 55 78, 110, 120, 150, 172, 211, 245 m Worsted weight yarn.
Suggested yarn: Studio Misha & Puff 100% Superwash Merino Wool 177 yards / 161 m per 3.5 oz / 100 g Colors used in sample: Color A: Jadette Color B: Ocean Space Dye
Gauge: Worked in the round, after blocking: 19 sts x 37 rows over 4” (10 cm) on US 8 (5 mm) needles in slipped stitch color pattern.
Needles: US 8 (5 mm) circular needles, (or size to obtain gauge), US 6 (4 mm) circular needles or DPN for hem and cuff ribbing.
Notions: Additional US 8 (5 mm) needle for 3 Needle Bind-off, tapestry needle, stitch marker, stitch holder or waste yarn.
