Harper Slipover is knitted top down in fisherman’s rib. First, the back piece is knitted flat, where the shoulder slope is shaped with brioche increases. Next, stitches are picked up for each shoulder, which are joined together to form the front piece. The back and front pieces are gathered under the armholes and then knitted in the round in fisherman’s rib. The body is finished with a ribbed edge and Italian bind-off.
