Harpswell
Harpswell is knit from the top-down. A casing is worked at the waistband, for elastic to be inserted into when the skirt is finished. The pattern is easy to adjust for length, if desired.

Pattern Notes
This skirt is meant to be flowy, like a fallen shawl, with a large amount of positive ease at the hips.
Low hip circumference is measured 7 - 9” below waist.
On the skirt sample shown (Adult Size S), a Done Roving Gradient Transitions yarn was used. The yarn was knit from the outside of the ball for the first ball of yarn used and from the inside out on the second ball used.
