This pattern contains instructions for knitting in the round using 4 double pointed needles AND instructions for knitting flat (or straight knitting).

I prefer knitting in the round as there is only one small seam to sew.

Size: This pattern is for 0-3 months (approx. age) with the length of foot being approx. 8cm. For bigger sizes I use larger needles and I encourage you to experiment.

Gauge: Using 3.25mm needles 25sts x 35 rows

Yarn: Lion brand COBOO 50% cotton, 50% rayon from bamboo. I chose this yarn for its softness however it does tend to split, just need to be mindful. You could experiment with other yarn and I do often use 2 strands of Bamboo Cotton by Oz Yarn which is equally as soft.
