Update October 2021 - I have taken the decision to cease publishing patterns as of Summer 2021, in the hope of moving on to something new. I wanted to say a big THANK YOU to everyone for the love my work has received over the years - it means more than you can imagine!
The free patterns that are on my blog will remain, though all paid patterns from my Ravelry store and Etsy are no longer available.
If you would like to sell anything made from any of my past patterns - paid or free - you have my full blessing. I don’t require credit either as I am no longer using the EssHaych name professionally. I wish you all the best with the sales if you decide to do so!

After being dissapointed I hadn’t won my own Knitted Character from the TV programme Harry Hill’s TV Burp, I decided to crochet my own! I put the pattern up for free on my craft blog so now everyone can have one too!

Also I must say that this isn’t an exact match for the real Knitted Character, there are little differences so I’m not totally copying the original, which you can find at Cloth Ears. I just made this pattern up for crocheters that would like to make their own :)

You only need to know the basic crochet stitches for this amigurumi, and know how to change colours. It’s pretty simple and only took me a few hours to complete.
