A lovely traditional baby cardigan featuring repeating cables and lace to create a beautiful textured design. The cardigan has raglan sleeves, button fixing and a twisted rib. The button bands and neck bands are worked at the end. Worked from the bottom up, and sewn together at the end, it uses DK or 8ply yarn. The photos show adding less buttons to create a simple V neck too.

The pattern includes full written instructions, along with images.

Four sizes are up included: 0-6 months, 6-12 months, 12-24 months and 24-36 months.

It is worked with approx 4cm positive ease. The cardigan uses between 75 and 200g of yarn, depending on the size.
