Materials
Yarn: Worsted Weight (CYCA #4 Medium).
Shown: Berroco, Lustra (50% Peruvian Wool, 50% Tencel Lyocell; 197 yds 180 m/3.5 oz 100 g): #3148 bouquet garni (6, 7, 8, 9, 10) hanks.
Hook: G/7 (4.5 mm), H/8 (5.0 mm), I/9 (5.5 mm) or hooks needed to obtain gauge.
Notions: Tapestry needle for weaving in ends; spray bottle with water and straight pins for blocking; stitch markers.
Gauge
Diagonally across motif trefoil to trefoil = 4” (10 cm) with G/7 hook, 4.625” (11.5 cm) with H/8 hook, 5.25” (13.5 cm) with I/9 hook
Finished Size
Bust Measurement is 32” (37”, 42”, 46.25”, 52.5”) (81.5, 94, 106.5, 117.5, 133.5 cm), Small (Medium, Large, X-Large, and 2X). Sweater is relaxed. Sample shown in Large.
Notes
Use G/7 for Small size. Use H/8 for Medium and X-large sizes. Use I/9 for Large and 2X sizes. H/8 will be used for edging on all sizes.
This sweater was designed to stretch. After you block it to the schematic’s measurements, it will grow when you wear it. The length will be longer than it was on the blocking board.
