The “HARVEY” Christmas stocking - the first annual Fiddlestyx Christmas stocking design.

Inspired by the bright reds and greens of the holidays, this stocking features stripes, lots of texture and fun elfish trim complete with jingle bells.
It is knit in the round from the toe up with a short-row toe and heel. Customize it with your own name or initials - alphabet charts included.

THE BASICS

• Approx. Finished Dimensions: Overall Length: 17” (43 cm) Width: 6 ½“ (17 cm)

• Pattern is written in ENGLISH and uses standard U.S. knitting terms

• Instructions are for knitting in the round on double pointed needles

• Worked from the toe up with a short-row toe and heel.

• Gauge: 24 stitches = 4 inches (10 cm)

• Approx. 135 yds (123 m) sport weight yarn main color for cuff, heel, and toe

• Approx. 98 yds (89 m) sport weight yarn EACH of 2 contrast colors for stripes

• U.S. size 4 (3.5 mm) double pointed needles or size needed to obtain gauge

• U.S. size 4 (3.5 mm) circular needle for I-cord bind off

• Crochet hook U.S. size F (3.75 mm) for provisional cast on

• 7 jingle bells (9 mm)

• Stitch markers

• Yarn needle
