Hassop
Hassop has a 2 row pattern repeat which gives a slightly textured fabric. The double crochet ribbing is worked first, and then the main part of the hat is worked up to the crown, which has an optional pompom.
Two x 50gm balls of Drops Delight are required, or any similar yarn.
Skills required: double crochet, slip stitch, trebles, treble decreases.
Hassop is named after a village in Derbyshire where my great granded was station master.
