It’s a Hat that’s really going to tie an outfit together…

A common theme amongst the men I know, is that they have absolutely love the film, ‘The Big Lebowski.’ My husband is one of them and one year, for his birthday, I knit him Andrea Rangel’s ‘The Dude’ sweater and he loved it! (For your main squeeze, it’s definitely worth it to knit the sweater.) I’m sure all the other guys I know would love the sweater, too, but if I’m going to be honest, that’s not going to happen. A Hat, though, I can commit to that.

All that being said, this hat is for everyone, Dudes and Dude-ettes.

Yarn Used:

This pattern calls for a DK weight yarn in 3 colours.
For my hat I used Sueno, by Hikoo in
Colour A: Shifting Sands - 120 yards
Colour B: Mud - 20 yards
Colour C: Charcoal - 30 yards

Needles:

3.50mm and 4.00mm needles on a 16” cord and 4.00mm DPN’s or needles on a 40” cord for Magic Loop.

Gauge:

23 sts / 4” in Stockinette Stitch

Sizes Available:

Adult: will fit up to a 25” circumference

Additional Materials Needed:

4 Stitch Markers, one unique for BOR
