A friend asked me to make a hat for her baby boy, less than a year old. Not knowing the size needed, I created several hats and sent them to her to try on her child. These patterns are the result of my “tests” to get the size right. Two of the hats fit. :-)

Several basic beanie baby hat patterns are included, 16” to 17” in circumference. Hat size can be adjusted easily by changing hook or yarn size.

No pattern uses more than one skein of yarn for one hat.

These are simple, very basic hats, each one just slightly different.
