Halloween trees have quickly grown in popularity in the past couple of years, these are black or dark-colored trees (similar to Christmas trees) with spooky Halloween decorations like skulls, pumpkins, ghosts, spider webs, things like that. I thought it would be fun to crochet a haunted house ornament that you can hang on your Halloween tree if you have one. If not, you can just hang it on your wall or door or make it as a party favor if you plan on celebrating Halloween with others. I drew inspiration from my Gingerbread house ornament crochet pattern here.

This project only took me about 30 minutes to make so it’s a very quick pattern to crochet. It’s a really easy crochet pattern, perfect for beginners.
