SIZE GUIDE
You should choose the size based on the sweater’s chest circumference. The length of the body and sleeves can be adjusted to your preference. I recommend a positive ease of 10-20 cm 4-8”, meaning that the sweater’s measurements should be 10-20 cm 4-8” larger than your own. The model in the blue sweater (version 1) has a positive ease of 10 cm 4” and is wearing size 1. The model in the beige sweater (version 2) has a positive ease of 20 cm 8” and is wearing size 2.

TECHNIQUES

  • Stranded pattern according to a chart, both back and forth, and in the round on circular needles.
  • Loop cast on (loop CO): Make a loop with the yarn, put it around the RH needle and tighten.
  • Knitted cast on (knitted CO): k1, slip the st onto the LH needle = 1 new st.
  • M1R: Work an increase by lifting the strand between 2 sts onto the LH needle from behind and knitting it.
  • M1L: Work an increase by lifting the strand between 2 sts onto the LH needle from the front and knitting through the back loop.
  • k2tog: Decrease 1 st by knitting 2 sts together.
  • ssk: Slip 2 sts knitwise onto the RH needle, 1 at a time. Slip both sts back onto the LH needle without twisting them. k2tog through the back loop.
  • Picking up sts.
  • Italian bind-off.
