In February of 2008 I discovered that my stepfather had cancer. I wanted a way to help him, and also as many others as possible who are touched by this disease. All proceeds from sales of this pattern have been donated to aid Cancer Research.

Due to complications now attached to selling digital downloads in the UK this pattern is now free. However, in the spirit of the original idea, I invite you to make a small donation to your favourite charity after downloading.
