This pattern is intended for Beginners. you should know how to work a Magic Ring, basic stitches, and how to sew pieces together. This pattern is written using American terms. This pattern is worked in continuous rounds unless otherwise specified. Finished size depends on personal tension, yarn and hook size. For this project I used worsted weight yarn, a 3.5mm hook, and my finished Hamster is approx 3in tall and fits in the palm of my hand. You can use any yarn weight and hook you would like; it will just make the project bigger or smaller.

Size 3.5mm Crochet Hook
Tapestry needle

9mm Safety Eyes
Worsted Weight Yarn in brown (for the Hamster)
Worsted Weight Yarn in Multi Colors (For the Mug)
Worsted Weight Yarn in White (For Marshmallow topping)
Worsted Weight Yarn in Brown (For Embroidery)
Optional: Makeup and Makeup Brush (For blush details)

MR - Magic Ring
Ch - chain
SS - slip stitch
St- Stitch
Sc - single crochet
Inc - increase (Used for Single crochet, unless specified)
Dec -Invisible decrease (Used for Single crochet, unless specified)
Cc - Color Change in last stitch
Hdc - Half Double Crochet
Dc - Double Crochet
BLO - Back Loop Only
Tlo- Third Loop Only (How To)
Fo - Fasten off with a slip stitch
