Head In The Clouds features a simple intarsia motif of a cloud and is perfect for the daydreamers among us. This ridiculously soft and squishy yarn just begged to be a cosy, slouchy hat.

This is the first in a collection titled “Shetland Story”, produced in celebration of Shetland Wool Week. The 7 patterns that make up the collection will be released over the next couple of weeks and they each use Shetland wool of different types. The photos have all been taken during my trip to Shetland too.
All of the patterns are designed to be knit quickly and easily, since we’re heading in to gift-knitting season, and to encourage knitters to try out Shetland yarn if they’ve not used it before.
