Long tail cast on 88 stitches
Add a marker

• Join the round
• K, P for 10 rows
• Stretchy bind off K, P, Slip left needle behind two new stitches on right needle, P2T
• K, slip left needle in front of two stitches on the right needle, K2T from behind; P, slip needle behind two stitches on the right needle, P2T
• Repeat from * until bound off
• Sew in all tails

Best part is that this washes in the washer/dryer (cold or medium temp) easily after your workout and can be used again.
