Instructions for a Headband Bow

Measurements: 3 inches lenght by 2 inches width.

Materials
· I Love this yarn brand from Hobby Lobby (pink & white) Medium Weight Yarn.
·Purple and Yellow from Joanns.
You will use about 1 oz.
· Crochet Hook 4.5mm

Double Crochet (dc)
Shell HDC V-stitch (shell hdc v-st) 2 hdc, chain 2, 2 hdc in the same st.
Shell DC V-stitch (shell dc v-st) 2 dc, chain 1, 2 dc in the same st
=repeat whatever follows the as indicated.

Notes

1. Chain 2 at the beginning of each round does not count as a stitch unless specified.
2. Weave in ends or bury in ends as you work through
3. Make shell V sts in the ch 1 space.

Bow Instructions
Ch 7, make 1 DC in the third ch from the hook, ch 1, 2 DC in the same st, make 1 DC in the next st, 1 HDC, make 1 DC , make make 2 shell sts to work around, , make 1 DC in the next st, make 1 HDC, make 1 DC , make a shell st in the last st, Sl st on top of first ch 2.

Round 2
Ch 2, make 1 HDC in the same st, make a HDC Shell st (2 hdc, chain 2, 2 hdc) in the ch 1 space of the shell st from previous round. Make 1 HDC in the next 2 sts, make 1 sc in the next 2 sts, make 1 HDC in the next 2 sts, make a HDC Shell st in the ch 1 space of the shell st from previous round. Make a HDC in the next 3 sts, make a HDC Shell st in the next ch 1 space. Make 1 HDC in the next 2 sts, make 1 sc in the next 2 sts, make 1 HDC in the next 2 sts, make a HDC Shell st in the ch 1 space. Make 1 HDC in the last st. Sl st on top of ch 2 to end this round. Fasten off and cut the yarn.
Cut a 7 inches string of yarn and wrap around the middle of the bow 4 times, make a knot and cut the yarn.
