The Moss Stitch also known as the Seed Stitch is a classy and elegant stitch that can be used for both dressy and casual accessories. This pattern is for a headband or ear warmer that can be worn just as it is knitted or it can be adorned with buttons, flowers or other embellishments. There are 5 different patterns. The first 3 patterns are for a plain but classy headband in 3 different weights of yarn. The next 2 patterns use 2 of the 3 weights of yarn but there is a small rib border on the headband. Each pattern is different and knits up quickly in a few hours. The flower pattern is also included. The finished size of all headbands is approximately 18 inches with plenty of stretch to fit the average head. All headbands are knitted in the round on circulars or dpns.
