Crochet Level- advanced beginner

Patterns written in US terms.

You get two patterns for one price. This pattern works up very quickly for both the headband and scrunchie. For an experienced crocheter, you can probably make both the headband and scrunchie in an hour or less.

A variety of yarns will work with both patterns, lace weight up to worsted weight (fine thread yarn is not recommended for the headband). No hook size or gauge is given for both patterns. Choose your hook size according to the yarn you are working with.

(The butterfly and flower in pictures are not included with this pattern.)

The headband fits snugly and is still comfortable. There are no buttons, ribbons or ties to worry about. The head bands in the pictures are on a 3 yr old, an 8 yr old, and an adult to give you an idea about fit.

You can easily adjust the size if needed with this pattern. Dress up your headband with flowers, butterflies, bows, etc, or keep it simple.

The scrunchie pattern is a great way to use up leftover yarn. Pretty much any kind of yarn will work, from thread all the way up to worsted weight. The stitches used are just sc and the ch stitch.
