Headbanded is a two color knitted headband that alternates Main Color (MC) and Contrast Color (CC) in each row to create ‘diagonal stripes’. Pictured project is size Medium and took me about 4 hours to complete.

This pattern’s featured photo, gauge, and size use Super Bulky yarn. Please feel free to experiment with different colorways and/or yarn weights! Is a great stash-buster.

Sizing can easily be adjusted by adding or subtracting multiples of 4 stitches. Use 16” US size 10 circular needles or DPNs, or needle size and length to get desired gauge.

Other recommended tools are a tapestry needle to weave in ends and a stitch marker to mark the beginning of round.

Happy knitting!
