One of my favorite hats is a simple textured hat of just knits and purls, but I wanted a quick to knit version that I could squeeze in a few last minute gifts out of. The Headlong Hat is my answer to that need. It’s stylish, and easy to knit in a night or two.

Materials:
#6 –Super Bulky about 90 yards. Malabrigo Rasta (100% Merino 90 yards) – Shown in #148 Holly Hock

Tools & Notions:
US 15 - 16” Circular Needles and US 15 DPNs, Stitch Markers

Gauge:
8 stitches = 4” in Stockinette Stitch

Finished Measurements:
18” circumference x 8.5” tall

Note: Hat will easily stretch to fit up to a 22” circumference.
